- Order history linked to your account (if you create one)
- WhatsApp messages you send us — stored only for the duration needed to fulfil your order
How we use it
Your information is used solely to process orders, arrange delivery, and respond to support queries. We never sell or share customer data with third parties beyond our logistics partners (courier companies within Pakistan).
Anonymous website analytics
To see which pages and tools help people, our own website keeps simple visit statistics: the pages you open, roughly how long and how far you scroll on each, which of our tools you use and what you type into them (we automatically remove anything that looks like a phone number or email), which website or app sent you (for example Google or ChatGPT), whether you use a phone or a computer, your screen width and browser language. Your browser gets a random ID number, not your name. We do not keep your IP address — only a scrambled code made from it. If you send us a form (for example a callback or repair quote), that visit history is attached to your request so we can help you better. This data stays on our own server, is never sold or shared, and is deleted after about 13 months. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded.
